Our clearance services

Sparkling Services offers eight complementary services to clear, empty and clean any type of property in Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia. Every job follows the same method: a site visit, which is free, a written quote, a fast clearance, donation and recycling, and a clear price that takes the value of your belongings into account: free clearance, we pay you, or a fixed price on quotation.

Whether you need to clear an entire house, a flat, a basement or an office, Sparkling Services takes care of everything, from the estimate to the final sweep. Our services cover the most common situations: an estate after a bereavement, a parent moving into a care home, a property sale, the end of a tenancy, a move, a business closure or a heavily hoarded home.

All our services have three things in common. First, transparent pricing: the value of reusable or resellable items is deducted from the cost and shown in the quote, which can make the clearance free or mean we pay you the difference. Second, a second life for your belongings: reusable items go to charities (for example Les Petits Riens, Oxfam, Terre or De Kringwinkel), depending on what they accept, and the rest is sorted and recycled through recycling parks and sorting centres. Third, one point of contact, in English, French or Dutch, in Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia.

Not sure which service you need? That is not a problem: describe your situation and we will combine what is useful, for example a house clearance followed by an end-of-tenancy clean, in a single quote. Each service has its own page explaining what is included, how it works, what affects the price and the most common questions.
