Express courier: parcels, documents and scheduled runs

From Forest, Sparkling Services runs express deliveries in Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia: urgent parcels and documents, scheduled runs for offices, agencies and shops, and regular visits to care homes for mail and small non-medical items. Every shipment travels directly, with no stop at a depot, and is handed over in person to the recipient.

Four kinds of delivery

Express parcels

Documents, spare parts, samples or small parcels: collected and delivered directly, usually the same day depending on distance and the time of your request.

Confidential documents

Deeds, contracts, original files: the envelope stays sealed from departure to arrival and is handed to the named recipient, with proof of delivery.

Care homes

Regular visits to care homes and assisted-living residences: mail, administrative documents, personal belongings and small non-medical supplies.

Scheduled runs

Daily, several times a week or at a fixed time: the same route, a timetable agreed in advance and a single point of contact.

Express parcels in Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia

An urgent parcel is collected from you and taken straight to the recipient, without going through a sorting centre. The driver who picks up your shipment is the one who hands it over: no transfers, no parcel lost between two depots.

Most of what we carry is:

  • original documents to be signed or filed (deeds, files, plans);
  • spare parts and small equipment for a repair;
  • samples and business parcels between two sites of a company;
  • private shipments that cannot wait for the post.

Delivery time depends on the distance and on when you call. A run within Brussels is usually done the same day; for Antwerp, Ghent, Liège, Namur or Charleroi we give you a delivery time when you book. The price is fixed before departure, based on the route, the volume and the urgency.

Scheduled runs for businesses

When the same shipments go out every day or every week, a run at a fixed time is simpler than a string of one-off bookings. You know when the driver calls, and your recipients know when the parcel arrives.

We run scheduled routes for:

  • offices and head offices exchanging mail and files between several sites;
  • estate, insurance and recruitment agencies sending signed documents to a notary, a bank or a client;
  • shops delivering to customers or restocking a second outlet;
  • practices and secretariats filing papers at the court, the town hall or with a partner.

The route, days and stops are agreed together at the start. If an urgent shipment comes up outside the run, we arrange a separate delivery, with a price confirmed before collection.

Care homes and assisted-living residences

For a care home, regularity matters more than speed: we set up a visit on fixed days and times, with a driver who knows the facility. Staff know when the shipment arrives and who receives it, so nobody waits at reception and no parcel is left without follow-up.

For care homes, nursing homes and assisted-living residences, we carry non-medical shipments only:

  • mail and administrative documents between several sites of the same group;
  • residents' personal belongings brought in by family (clothes, everyday items, small parcels);
  • small non-medical supplies, such as office materials or items for activities;
  • an urgent envelope outside the usual visit.

Handover is made at reception or to the contact person named by the facility. The driver does not go round the wards and gives nothing directly to residents, unless the facility asks for it in writing.

How a delivery works

You book a run by phone, on WhatsApp or with the form on this page, and the price is confirmed before collection.

  1. Your request: collection address, delivery address, type of shipment, preferred time.
  2. Price and time: we confirm the price of the run and the collection time.
  3. Collection: the driver checks that the parcel is closed and matches the order.
  4. Delivery: handed over in person to the expected recipient.
  5. Confirmation: time of handover and name of the recipient, sent by message or email.

For a scheduled run, we agree the days, times and stops together, then a monthly rate. We work 7 days a week, from 7 am to 8 pm.

Confidentiality and proof of delivery

A contract, a deed or a staff file should not be read by anyone on the way: we treat every envelope as a confidential consignment. Parcels stay closed from departure to arrival and do not leave the vehicle during the journey.

We keep only what the delivery needs: the address, the recipient's name and the time of handover. This information is used only as proof of delivery and is processed under our privacy policy. For a scheduled run with a business or a facility, we can sign a data processing agreement at the client's request.

Area covered

We set off from Forest, in the south of Brussels, and deliver in Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia: the 19 Brussels municipalities and the Flemish and Walloon provinces, except the province of Luxembourg. Runs within Brussels and its outskirts are the quickest to arrange. For a distant delivery, for example to Ostend, Liège or Hasselt, we agree the time when you book.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you deliver the same day?

Yes, in most cases. A run within Brussels requested in the morning is usually delivered the same day. For a distant destination or a late request, we give you the delivery time when you book, before you commit to anything.

Can you carry confidential documents?

Yes. The envelope stays sealed for the whole journey, does not leave the vehicle and is handed in person to the recipient you name. If you wish, the recipient signs on delivery.

Can I choose a delivery time slot?

Yes. Tell us the preferred time, or the window when the recipient will be there. When you book, we confirm whether the slot can be met, given the distance and the time of your request.

How do I know the parcel was delivered?

After each handover you receive the delivery time and the name of the person who received the parcel, by message or email. The parcel is never left in a letterbox or without someone to receive it.

Do you offer regular visits to care homes?

Yes, for non-medical shipments: mail, administrative documents, personal belongings and small supplies. We agree the days, times and contact person with the facility, then a monthly rate. Urgent runs outside the schedule remain possible, with a price confirmed for each request.

How much does an express run cost?

The price depends on distance, volume and urgency. It is always confirmed before collection: give us the pickup address, delivery address and preferred time by phone, WhatsApp or the form, and you get a fixed price.
