01Full house clearance from basement to attic: sorting, donations to charities, recycling and a swept, empty home. Fixed written quote, in Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia.
02Apartment, flat or studio clearance, with or without a lift: sorting, removal, private cellar included and the flat left swept before the check-out inspection.
03Damp basement, vaulted cellar or private storage cellar in a block of flats: we carry everything up the stairs, sort jars, bottles and mouldy boxes, and sweep the floor.
04Attic, loft or converted roof room to empty: we bring everything down the stairs or loft ladder, set aside archives and keepsakes, then donate and recycle the rest.
05Garage, lock-up, garden shed or workshop corner: tools resold, tyres and hazardous products sorted separately, space left empty. Free clearance possible.
06Offices, open-plan floors and practices cleared quickly: furniture, partitions, archives and IT equipment dismantled, removed, sorted and recycled through suitable channels (recycling parks, sorting centres), with minimal disruption to your business.
07Shops, restaurants, salons and practices cleared at the end of a lease or on closure: shelving, counters, unsold stock and refrigerated displays dismantled, resold, donated or recycled.
08Warehouses, depots, workshops, sheds and storage units cleared: pallet racking dismantled, machines and metal given their value, hazardous products kept apart, before and after photo report.
09Clearing a loved one's home with care: papers and keepsakes set aside, the heirs' wishes respected, donations to charity and an itemised invoice for the notary.
010Deep cleaning after a clearance or before your check-out inspection: degreased kitchen, descaled bathroom, windows and floors, so the property goes back to the landlord or buyer spotless.
011Clearance and cleaning of hoarded or unsanitary homes, handled discreetly and respectfully: protected crew, careful sorting of papers and keepsakes, disinfection, and coordination with family and social services.
012One sofa, an old fridge, a mattress or a full van load: we collect your bulky items wherever they are, upstairs or in the garden, then donate or recycle them.

Sparkling Services is a Belgian house clearance company that fully clears houses, apartments, basements, attics, garages and offices in Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia. We work in English, French and Dutch for private clients, families dealing with an estate, landlords, estate agents, property managers and businesses, including the many expats and international residents in Brussels.
The way we work is simple. We visit the property free of charge (or assess it from your photos), estimate the volume in cubic metres and send you a written quote that sets out exactly what is included: labour, dismantling, transport, sorting, waste processing fees and a final sweep. The price depends on the volume, access, sorting, any cleaning and the deadline, and is set in the quote. On the agreed day our team usually clears the property in 1 to 3 days, depending on its size, and hands it back empty and swept.
The value of your belongings counts: reusable or resellable furniture and items are deducted from the cost of the clearance. Depending on the case, the clearance is free, we pay you the difference, or you pay a fixed price, and the option is written in black and white in the quote. Items in good condition with no market value go to charities and social enterprises (for example Les Petits Riens, Oxfam, Terre or De Kringwinkel), depending on what they accept; everything else is sorted by material and handed to suitable waste processors.
We help after a bereavement, before a sale, when a parent moves into a care home, at the end of a tenancy, after a business closure, or in a hoarded property, always with discretion. If you cannot be there, we work from a set of keys and send you photos once the job is done.
Your quote breaks down the estimated volume, the value of reusable items, labour, transport and waste processing. The final price is set in the quote and does not change on the day of the job.
We work in cities and villages alike, including properties far from where you live.
We work in English, French or Dutch. Ideal for international families, expats and heirs living abroad who need a clear point of contact.
Reusable furniture and household goods go to reuse charities; wood, metal, electrical appliances and the rest are sorted for recycling.
After a death or in a difficult property, we work calmly and without judgement. Paperwork, photos and keepsakes we find are set aside for you.
Clearance, junk removal, end-of-tenancy cleaning and the parking permit for our van: we coordinate everything, even when you are away.
We usually visit within 48 hours, or assess the job from your photos and videos. You tell us what you want to keep.
You receive a clear quote based on volume, access and type of contents. No obligation until you accept it.
The team dismantles, packs and removes everything, from basement to attic, usually in 1 to 3 days depending on size. We arrange parking for the van.
Reusable items are donated, the rest is recycled. The property is handed back empty and swept; a full deep clean is available as an option.
Two real photos of the same bedroom, before and after the clearance: the cluttered room is handed back empty, ready for the key handover or the sale.
At Sparkling Services, items that are still useful get a second life and the rest is recycled; the value of anything that can be resold is deducted from your price. We sort on site during the clearance. Furniture, crockery, clothing, books and working appliances go to charities and social enterprises (for example Les Petits Riens, Oxfam, Terre or De Kringwinkel), depending on the region and what they accept.
Anything that cannot be reused is separated into streams: wood, metal, paper and cardboard, electrical and electronic equipment, and bulky waste. These are handed to sorting centres and recycling parks. Hazardous products such as paint and chemicals are handled separately, and asbestos must be removed by a certified contractor. The result: less waste incinerated, and a price that honestly reflects the work done.

Learn moreIt depends on the value of your belongings and the work involved. If reusable or resellable items cover the cost of the clearance, it is free; if they are worth more, we pay you the difference; otherwise you pay a fixed price on quotation, based on volume, access, sorting, any cleaning and the deadline. The site visit is free, the quote is free and with no obligation, and an estimate from photos is possible.
Yes, when the value of the reusable or resellable furniture and items covers the cost of the clearance: you pay nothing. If their value is higher, we even pay you the difference. We assess this during the free visit or from photos, and the option is stated in the quote.
A full house is usually cleared in 1 to 3 days, depending on volume, number of floors and access. A studio or a basement often takes half a day. We usually visit within 48 hours and set the clearance date with you as soon as you accept the quote.
No, even if you live far away or abroad. Simply give us a set of keys and clearly indicate what should be kept. We send you photos when the job is finished, and any documents or keepsakes we find are set aside for you.
