Sparkling Services provides garage clearance in Brussels (1000): house garages, car-park lock-ups and garden sheds. Resaleable tools and machines are valued, tyres, oil and batteries follow their own route, and the space is left swept. Assessment free, then a free clearance, the difference paid to you, or a fixed price on quotation.
Garage clearance in Brussels: our approach
In the Pentagon, a private garage is rare: more often we clear a rented box in an underground car park or a lockable space in a building's basement. In the European Quarter and around Avenue Louise, these car parks are run by a managing agent, with a badge, limited height and sometimes set hours. Further north, in Laeken, Neder-Over-Heembeek and Haren, there are houses with gardens and proper garages that have filled up over the years: bikes, garden furniture, tools, tyres, paint tins. We first assess what can be sold or donated, then sort the rest by material. Hazardous products and tyres are never mixed with the rest of the load.
In Brussels, clearing a full garage starts with what has value: power tools, workshop machines, rideable bikes. We set them aside for resale or donation, then take out the rest by category. You get back an empty, swept garage without a single trip to the recycling park.
Garage, lock-up or shed in Brussels: access, tools and hazardous waste
The truck cannot always get close. In the pedestrian zone and some streets of the Marolles, vehicle access is limited to delivery hours: we load quickly and cover the last metres with a hand truck. Elsewhere, a space with no-parking signs is requested from the City several days ahead. For an underground box, we check the ramp height and coordinate access with the managing agent. Households in the City can drop small amounts of paint, solvents or oil themselves at Recypark Buda (avenue Antoon Van Oss 6, Neder-Over-Heembeek) or Recypark Demets (quai Fernand Demets 22, Anderlecht), depending on what they accept; otherwise we isolate them for a specific collection. The City also runs neighbourhood bulky-waste collections, handy for one or two items. For a full garage, a complete clearance remains simpler, with everything sorted in one go.
Garage clearance in the City of Brussels: Laeken, Louise, Sablon
In the north of the City, in Laeken and Neder-Over-Heembeek, requests often go beyond the garage: these houses with gardens also have well-filled cellars and attics. We then suggest doing everything on the same day, with one team downstairs and another on the upper floors, so the parking space only has to be reserved once. In Haren, among single-family homes, villas and social housing, we check the layout from photos before setting a date.
In the European Quarter and around Avenue Louise, another detail matters: the loading bay is sometimes shared with offices. We agree the time with the managing agent so that neither deliveries nor occupants are disturbed. In the Sablon and the rest of the Pentagon, the narrow houses with steep stairs almost never have a garage; what needs clearing is usually in the basement, and loading follows the centre's access rules.

How it works
Photos or visit: Garage, workbench, shelving and access are assessed from photos where possible, otherwise during a free visit. · Value and quote: The value of resaleable tools is deducted: free clearance, difference paid to you or a fixed written price. · Sorting by route: Resale, donations, metal, Recupel, tyres and hazardous products are separated, never mixed. · Garage swept: The garage, lock-up or shed is left empty and swept, with a photo if you are away.
